The OSCE, in partnership with the National Anticorruption Center of Moldova, hosted the second edition of the Anti-Corruption Café, an interactive dialogue platform boosting youth engagement in anti-corruption efforts in Chișinău on 12 December. This iteration built on the success of the Café held in September, continuing to strengthen trust between institutions and citizens and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
Over 70 public officials, anti-corruption volunteers and Police Academy cadets attended the event, significantly more than in September, reflecting a growing interest of youth representatives to engage in public dialogue on topics related to corruption.
The Café featured interactive sessions and panel discussions that engaged participants in thinking critically about their roles in building integrity-based systems, reinforcing personal responsibility alongside institutional commitments.
The Anti-Corruption Café is part of the broader OSCE effort to support Moldova’s anti-corruption agenda and civic participation in good governance reforms. This initiative was implemented as part of the OSCE extrabudgetary project “Supporting Anti-Corruption Efforts of the Government of Moldova,” funded by France, Germany, Italy, and Romania.
