OSCE Strategy Document for the Economic and Environmental Dimension

In 2003 with the adoption of the OSCE Strategy Document for the Economic and Environmental Dimension at the Ministerial Council in Maastricht, participating States committed to co-operating on economic, good governance and sustainable development issues. The strategy document states “Good governance on the international as well as the national level is crucial for well-being, security and stability in the OSCE region”.
